I gave a new teacher some very direct feedback and came back to see him about a week later and saw that he had implemented a lot of that feedback. The classroom felt very different and he clearly felt very different. I actually had never seen that much difference in such a short period of time. I could tell in two minutes that this new teacher was somebody who was committed to growing at an extraordinary rate.
