When I think of great teaching I think of hand’s on projects, students working together to build off each other’s ideas, thinking outside the box, inventing new ideas, problem solving, and trouble shooting. What i do not think of is keeping the classroom quiet, everyone working on the same thing, and using too much paper and pencils. If I can keep learning fun I can keep students interested and engaged. These students are building electronics projects that perform various tasks such as turning a fan or lighting a bulb. The group in the picture is trying to build a lie detector!
