Learning is focused on integration and connection of content concepts, authentic application of learning, and a student centered approach. In our upper middle grades our students utilize a variety of real world tools to demonstrate their learning in creative and relevant ways from utilizing professional presentation tools such as Prezi, to constructing their own conceptualization through production tools such as iMovie. We challenge each of our students to continually develop their 21st century skills such as communicating, collaborating, problem solving, critical thinking, and synthesizing.
